#036 - CLOUDS

Despite all the headaches changing and stormy weather causes me, it sometimes provides for beautiful skies. Dark and light clouds and even some sunlight shining through--the perfect spring sky. But it's not spring yet and it's way too chilly for me to really enjoy it. I prefer blue skies... *lol* Picture taken on March 12, 2008.

#224 - DIRECTION

Another one from my March 12 of 12. Driving home through the night I was glad for my navigation. Not for lack of knowledge on how to get home, but for the fact that it provided a changing image and something colorful in the night. Oh, and of course the lady talks to me every now and then. *lol* Just 275 more meters until I reach my front door! Picture taken very early on March 12, 2008.

#343 - ANGEL

I spent a good part of the past weekend in the church where I sing most of my concerts and services during the year. It's the Dresden Frauenkirche and it's one of the most beautiful churches I know. This is where we stand when we have a concert: right in front of or even underneath the giant altar that has lots of gold and shows lots of biblical scenes. Among the figures is an angel (and some smaller ones closer to the top). You can also see a few angels in the beautifully painted dome. I couldn't decide on which photo to use for the theme, so I posted both. Pictures taken on March 15, 2008.

#312 - GRAFITTI

I walk past this nice little house every time I walk to the tram station and I finally had some picture-worthy weather! The house belongs to the city's main electricity provider. It's more a painting than a grafitti, but I still think it fits the theme. The artist even left his/her phone number on the wall for possible commissions. *lol* Picture taken on March 15, 2008.

#037- BLUE

After days of rain and storm, this blue sky was a nice surprise. It really felt like spring and was exactly what I needed on my busy Saturday. Luckily I had some time to wander around outside and even have a hot chocolate in a café at a table outside between rehearsals and the concert. Picture taken on March 15, 2008.

#029 - CHALLENGE

My favorite challenge: a puzzle of 1000 or more pieces! After I hadn't done one in ages I finally felt like I had some time do one and got out a 1000 pieces puzzle I had never done before. I finished it in under five hours. *passout* This just shows how puzzle-deprived I have been. *lol* Picture taken on March 9, 2008.

#110 - SNOWFLAKE

This is the only snow we got this year here in Dresden. Needless to say that it didn't accumulate and didn't even make the city look white. (And I don't really mind, since I don't like snow anyway...) Picture taken on March 5, 2008.
