#008 - CAT
Meet Aimée, the exotic shorthair Persian cat of two friends of mine. Picture taken on April 28, 2008.
And since Aimée has an older brother (not genetically, though), meet Aaliyo:

#292 - DISTANCE
One of my choirs had a little concert in a gallery or rather a big studio. The studio is in a so called "artist's house" that celebrated its 110th anniversary this weekend. I wasn't allowed to sing since they were singing a program they had already rehearsed and performed before I came into the choir (although I'm very sure I could have done it *nod*). So I could only watch and listen from a distance. Picture taken on April 26, 2008.

#012 - PERFORMANCE
Technically not taken by me but with my camera. This is our concert in Milan on March 26, 2008. The picture was taken by my dad who was in Milan that day as well for a congress. :w00t: Since I'm singing I'm unable to take that picture myself. I hope it's not agains the rules. When I found a better picture for this theme, I'll post it.

#223 - REFLECTIONS
On our way back to Dresden from Italy we went over the Brenner Pass (Brennero) and had the most beautiful weather. The scenery is very hard to capture from the bus, because you can always see the reflections from the window in the pictures. I like this one though, because it shows the contrast between the green (or at least snow-free) mountains on the side I was originally taking a picture of, and the still snowy mountains on the left side of the bus, which are reflected in the bus window. Picture taken on March 30, 2008.
#143 - BIRDS
The one thing St. Mark's Square is most famous for (except of course St. Mark's Cathedral) are the thousands of pigeons that populate the square and start flying right over your head at the most inopportune moments. Like when you're trying to get a close up of one of the parts of the Cathedral. *grumble* Still, I kind of like how the picture turned out. *lol* Picture taken on March 29, 2008.

#110 - SNOWFLAKE (2.0)
I already posted a not so pretty snow picture, thinking that it might have been the only snow we'd get this year. Unfortunately I was wrong. It snowed on Easter Sunday, the day we departed on our choir trip to Italy! Luckily, it didn't take us any longer than anticipated to get to our first destination of the tour. The next morning, somewhere in the South of Germany, the sky had cleared, but it was still white all around us. That's the kind of snow I have no problem with... Snow in the city usually isn't as pretty, that's why I don't like it. Pictures taken on March 24, 2008. I couldn't decide on which one to use, so I put them both up. They just count as one for the theme anyway. *lol*

#095 - PRINT
I was responsible for the program flyers for our choir trip to Italy. I was very happy to see them printed out and that they looked all shiny and colorful and were without mistakes. I folded them while watching The Life of Brian on Good Friday, two days before the trip. Picture taken on March 21, 2008.
