I love tomatoes, but when I eat them (which is quite often) they mostly come in salads. So here's a picture of my most recent salad of rucola, tomatoes, cucumber, champignons and feta cheese. Yummy! Picture taken on January 30th, 2008.

I had to google champignons but even without knowing what they were, that looks really yummy!! Yay for picture updates!
