This is a set of woollen winter accessories, knit by a friend of mine. The beanie, gloves, gauntlets and of course the long and thick scarf are one of the few things to look forward to in winter... Pictures taken on June 14, 2008.

What a nice thing to look forward to. I agree! Winter doesn't appeal to me much either!
I love soft woolen things, but don't tend to wear gloves very much - such a faff constantly taking them on and off! But I bought a lovely scarf in the January sales, so I do understand your love of winter woolen things! And yours look very pretty :D
