This is the Sternbrücke (Star Bridge) in Magdeburg. After having been destroyed in the last days of WWII, it's been reconstructed between 2002 and 2005.

If I remember correctly, the people who helped rebuild the bridge from theme #035 are eternalized in little silver stars on several stones on one end of the bridge.
